Required to promote ABB's product portfolio in power generation fields, such as HV substation, MV Swtichgear, DCS, Transformers, motors, drives etc. Also responsible to pursue new projects from a concept, engineering stage, and tendering stage, providing technical and commercial offers to customers.

* Having strong engineering background in power generation activities
* Having good relationship with consultants, utilities and IPPs
* Experience in power plant design is an advantage
* Strong leadership
* Min IP 3.00
* Age betwee 28 -38 years
* Good communication skills, fluent in English is a must
* Having a proven sales record in selling electrical balance of plant
* Ability to work under challenging targets and strict deadlines

Project Manager / Engineering Manager (1 Position) - Based in Jakarta Post Date: 22 Dec 07

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Responsible for coaching a team of project engineers. Manage software engineering on level of PLC, SCADA and DCS system and hardware design. Prepare relevant project documents such as; functional design specifications, budget analysis, cost estimates and schedules. Provide technical support for the project engineers. Maintain clear communication with the end customers on project progress and additional work. Ensure that all requirements from customers are recognized and correctly followed up. Provide technical support for the assigned/responsible project to customer and Project Sales Team. Coordinate with suppliers to make sure technical requirements and delivery schedules are maintained and understood. Manage, implement and follow up to ensure that the project is effectively executed and time schedules are met. Develop plans and actions to prevent and solve any problems arising during implementation of the project. Ensure that all requirements from customers are followed up and responded

QUALIFICATION :

* Male/ Female age 22-40 years old
* Bachelor’s degree or Master degree in electrical, electronics, mechatronics or industrial field
* 3-5 years experience in the field of industrial automation, instrumentation, electrical control panels and MCC is preferable
* Knowledge of PLC and SCADA , for example, Siemens, Allen Bradley, GE, Omron, Wonderware
* Strong communications abilities with clear fluency in English
* Must be familiar in using common PC software tools, knowledge in programming tools or AUTOCAD will be considered as advantage for this position
* Self-motivated, dynamic, good team spirit and able to work independently
