We are a PMA company, in coal mining business seeking immediate position in Finance and Accounts Department as under:

ACCOUNTS OFFICER Post Date: 05 Jan 08

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
* Maintains the records and documentations of daily banking and cash transactions
* Supervise day to day finance and accounting transactions to ensure proper compliance with accounting standards
* Fully understanding of accounting cycle and Financial Reporting (AR, AP, Inventory report, General Ledger, Trial Balance, Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet)
* Maintaining reconciliation of Capital Expenditure/Fixed Assets with budgets
* Responsible for all the Taxation aspects, PPh 21, 22, 23, 26, 4(2) & VAT
* Manage and supervise team of accounting staff
* Providing support to Manager Finance on specific tasks related to finance/accounting/taxation areas
* Managing internal control and SAP System Support

Qualification :

* Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Finance/Accounting from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.0
* Male with maximum age 35, ready to travel within Indonesia and overseas
* Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting department of a multinational company
* Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, Jamsostek, VAT, forms, payments a must
* Computer skills with knowledge of work processing, spreadsheet and financial analysis. Knowledgeable & experience in using SAP/R3 environments (particularly FI-CO-PA , together with other the related modules)
* Ability to communicate in English both oral and written is necessary
* Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
