The ideal candidate profile:

* Male / Female
* Age around 37 years old
* Minimum S-1 from Civil Engineering
* Minimum 5 years experiences in related field, especially in opening mall / hotel / other public facilities
* Able to make time table, division of duties, presentation
* Highly develop interpersonal skills for influencing change & accept challenges
* Commercial acumen for working in complex business environment
* Having good communication skill and analytical thinking, experience in making time table, division of duties, and presentation
* Computer literate in Microsoft Office
* Mature, easy to adapt, proactive, attention to details
* Willing and able to work as a team and or independently
