Architect for An Architecture Firm

URGENTLY REQUIRED :

An architecture firm based in Jakarta is currently seeking a competent individual to fill the following job position:

ARCHITECT Post Date: 21 Dec 07

Job Specifications :

* Male / Female max. 30 years old
* Min. Bachelor degree (S1) in Architecture
* Min. 5 years experience in the same field.
* Proficient in BricsCAD / AutoCAD.
* Experienced in design, construction drawing to detailing, preferably who has working experience in commercial building (mall, office,
hotel)
* Good knowledge in Photoshop / Illustrator / CorelDraw / Powerpoint for presentation is a must. Rendering with 3D Max / Maya and good hand
sketch is a plus.
* Fluent in English (oral & written)
* Creative with strong analytical in design, good communication skill.
* Honest, responsible, self motivated, willing to work hard and under a tight deadline. Must able to work independent or with a team.
Willing to work on the site/survey if needed.
