1. IT - System Development Staff (IT-DEV)

* Strong analytical skills
* Excellent knowledge in Java Fundamental
* Good knowledge in J2EE and its related technology (Application Server, EJB, etc)
* Good knowledge in Database (Oracle, PL/SQL)
* Good knowledge in System Design using UML
* Experienced in Web Based System Development
* Familiar with versioning system (CVS)
* Knowledge in other programming language (C/C++, VB, Delphi) will be a plus

2. IT - Database Administrator Staff (IT-DBA)

* Excellent knowledge in Database (Oracle, PL/SQL) in multi OS Environment
* Good knowledge in Database Tuning and Replication
* Good knowledge in Data warehouse / Data mining concept
* Good knowledge in System Design using UML

3. Technical Writer (IT- TW)

* Fast self learner in new environment
* Posses a good knowledge in writing documentation
* Posses a good knowledge in English both written and oral
* Posses a good communication skill
